What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order.

Do I have to buy in price break Lots?
No. You can buy in any quantity.

How can I see your products?
You can request our wholesale kit by CLICKING HERE included is our full 100+ page full color catalog.

Also, you can CONTACT US if you would like to place a sample order to have a tangible product in your hand. Sample orders are prepared on an individual basis according to what product(s) you are interested in so be sure to be as detailed as possible when CONTACTING US regarding a sample order.

What about Customer Service?
Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time. Usually we respond within 2 hours but we promise a response within 48 hours. You contact us HERE.

How do I order?
You will be able to order online via a secure server and offline as well. We accept credit cards, checks and money orders. Details are included in your Wholesale Kit.

Do you Drop Sip?
Yes, there is no need for you to handle any products. We always drop ship blind so your customer will see the return address you give us. We will not market to your customers. Drop ship information is included in the Wholesale Kit as well. There is a small additional fee per order for drop shipping to cover our cost.

How do I estimate shipping?
Along with the description, we have included the weight of every item in the catalog. You simply would look at our Shipping Rate Chart to figure out your shipping cost. A shipping rate chart is included in the wholesale kit or you can download a copy now by CLICKING HERE

Is there a handling fee?
Typically we do not charge a handling fee, but in the case of very small orders we reserve the right to charge a $5.00 handling fee.

How fast do you ship?
Usually we ship all orders by the second business day. Faster shipment (Same Day, Next Day) is available. You must still allow normal transit time. Our methods of shipment are UPS ground service, US Priority, US 1st Class, and motor freight where necessary.

What about tax?
Washington residents are subject to 8.8% sales tax.

Do you ship Internationally?
International shipments are accepted but understand that shipping rates are considerably higher and you must contact us first.

What if I receive a shipment that is damaged?
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep the entire package and call the fright carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.

We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty.

What kind of warranty do products carry?
Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, material, or workmanship, return it in unused condition in original carton within 7 days for exchange or credit.

Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the product's copy block in the catalog for extended warranty information. Some products come with one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranties.

Also, if you drop ship, your customers do not have to return defective merchandise to you. Instead, they return to our Customer Service Department for repair or replacement. TheProfitCatalog.com/Company name is not on the warranty; only Customer Service or CSC and a P.O. Box.

What if you are out of something I order?
Although we try to remain current at all times, unavoidable circumstances occur; such as a customer ordering all of an item we have or we encounter manufacturing problems. We will notify you if we no longer have the item or if the item is out of stock. Typically out of stock items are back in stock within 30 days. Your money will be refunded or you may choose to substitute your item(s).

How often do you publish a new catalog?
Once per year. 

Is what's in the catalog all you have?
We have new items that arrive during the year. As new items arrive, we usually include them on our home page under Products.

Can I advertise on the internet?
You are authorized to use our photographs, descriptive copy, item numbers, trademarks and brand names for the purpose of advertising and selling our products on the Internet. You cannot reproduce these for any other purpose without written authorization in advance. You CANNOT reproduce the cover of the TheProfitCatalog.com. And you are not authorized to use the photographs, descriptive copy, item numbers, trademarks and brand names for these items: #KTAQUA, #KT22, #KTSS22, #KT5SS.
